What happens when you send us information through this website.
Information you provide
Our quote request asks for contact details, property or parcel information, and a description of your project. Our employment application asks for contact details, a position of interest, relevant experience, and a résumé upload. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, banking details, medical records or other sensitive records through these forms.
How the forms work
This website is designed to be hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When its online forms are enabled, SSMI uses Tally to collect, store and notify our office of quote requests and employment applications. Authorized office personnel review the information for the purpose for which it was submitted. Email messages and any copies downloaded by the office are handled separately from the website.
Questions and removal requests
For questions about information you have submitted, or to request that the firm review or remove information, contact info@ssmisurveying.com. Please do not send sensitive information in your initial email.
Before public launch, SSMI must confirm this wording against its actual access, records retention and deletion practices. This draft does not state a fixed retention period.
